Spindle Transmission :

  • After Modification - Less parts - Twisting principal axis are driven by synchronous belt with frequency converting control; Steady transmission; Accurate twist; It can be set via the touch panel.


Roller :

  • Before Modification - Many machine parts; Complex mechanism;Transmission is connect with carriage, Inconvenience maintenance; Hard to control drafting.
  • After Modification -  Roller moves alone through frequency motor; Less parts; Simple structure; Drafting can be set via the touch panel.


 Carriage Transmission :

  • Before Modification - Many machine parts; Complex mechanism; Carriage is driven by rope, it is unsteady and slowly; Inconvenience maintenance; High power consumption; Hard to control the carriage speed.
  • After Modification -  Less parts; Carriage is driven by chain directly with frequency converting control, the transmission is steady.; Carriage taking-in time is less than 3.5S; It can be set via the touch panel.


Forming :

  • Before Modification - Corn of yarn changed only by the ratchet, it is inconvenient to adjust when the poor forming occurred.
  • After Modification - Preserve the original forming bridge, increase the step motor and the step driver to realize the pick motion automated. Corn and forming can be set via the touch panel.


By comparison, overall speaking, the consumed cost and the maintenance time reduced after modification. The machine runs more stably and improves efficiency by changing the control system.
